WHO RUNS THIS STORE?
This store is an offshoot from my main store, GDBee Art! If you're here, you most likely know about that! This was specifically made to host the Weightless artbook and its preorders, separate from my main store. This book requires different shipping methods, thus a new place to host it was needed. :)

HOW DO I CONTACT YOU FOR QUESTIONS, ETC?
You can email me here! Or, if you placed an order, you can reply directly to an "Order Placed" email. I try to respond within 36 hours or less
WHEN DO THE BOOKS SHIP?
Books begin shipping on the week of June 14th. You will receive a tracking number via email once it is shipped. Preorders end on June 10th or until books are sold out, whichever comes first.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently, shipping is only available for the United States, Canada and Mexico.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Priority mail usually takes between 1 and 3days
- International orders can take from 2 weeks to 2 months to arrive, depending on customs and your country's postal service.
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED?
Sometimes USPS makes an oops! Usually when this happens, the order tend to show up the next business day; the post office might have mistakenly marked it as delivered. If not, please check with any neighbors or mail holding areas if you live in a complex. USPS can also locate the coordinates of the package if it happens to be misdelivered. Please let me know if other shipping issues arise!
I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY EMAIL OR MAILING ADDRESS. HOW DO I FIX IT?
Please email me as soon as the mistake is noticed. If it is within 24 hours, there is a good chance your order has not been mailed yet. Often times, if I notice a strange typo in an address I will email to confirm if it is correct before sending an order.
WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
I currently do not offer returns or exchanges from customer mistakes but I can provide replacements from postal mistakes. I do offer refunds/exchanges if I'm the cause of the mistake. If there is an issue with your order feel free to contact/email me!
